Balanced Health LLC at 3302 New Easley Hwy, Greenville, SC, will cease operations as of 12/31/2025. This was a difficult decision for us. Please know we will miss you and pray for your health and happiness.

You may pick up your medical records in person or request that they be mailed to you from the practice no later than 12/20/25. Call the office at 864-243-8158 for this request.

After 12/20/25, contact Sharon Wilson at 864-747-7536 or sharonnp@balancedhealthllc.org with any medical records requests. Or mail a written request to Sharon Wilson at 105 Ladybank Ct, Easley, SC 29640.

You will need a signed release of information form to have records forwarded to another provider’s office.
